Return policy　for online order/Fax order

You may return all unopened items (EXCEPT LEVELUK PORTABLE which has a 15 day return policy) purchased at Enagic Online Store or unopened items ordered through fax within thirty (30) days of the original purchased date. If there is any error in your order, please contact us in 2 weeks of your original receipt date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). However please call our office at (310)542-7700 before you return any merchandise. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.
